2. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all personal data we process in connection with your use of the Remove AI Text Watermark tool (“Service”), our website, and any communications with us. It is provided pursuant to Article 13 and Article 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable German data protection law.
3. There Is No Account
The Service does not require registration, an account, or a password. You do not provide a name or email address to use the core tool. This policy therefore mainly concerns the text you submit for processing and standard technical data generated by visiting the website.

We do not require you to identify yourself to use the Service, and we do not knowingly attach the text you submit to any other personal data we hold about you.
Please do not paste text containing other people’s personal data, confidential information, or anything you are not authorized to share, since that text is transmitted to our AI infrastructure provider for processing.
5. Processing of Submitted Text
- The text you submit is sent to a cloud AI infrastructure provider to generate your result using a hosted AI system. The specific processing method is proprietary and not disclosed.
- Your text is processed solely to generate your result and is not used by us to train any model.
- We do not publish, sell, or share the text you submit with anyone other than the infrastructure provider necessary to generate your result.
6. Sub-Processors
We engage the following categories of third-party data processors under Article 28 GDPR data processing agreements:

7. International Data Transfers
Our AI infrastructure provider may process your submitted text on servers located outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this occurs, the transfer is safeguarded under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR) and, where applicable, other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

9. Your Rights Under GDPR

Because the Service does not use accounts, most requests will concern our website logs rather than an identifiable account. Email hello@removeaitextwatermark.app with subject line “Data Subject Request.” We will respond within one (1) month of receipt.
10. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The core tool does not require cookies to function. If we add analytics or essential session cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, for any non-essential cookie, request your consent in accordance with the German TDDDG and the GDPR before it is set.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed at persons under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted personal data through the Service, contact us at hello@removeaitextwatermark.app and we will delete it without undue delay.
12. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data in transit and at rest, including TLS encryption for all traffic to and from the tool.
Data Breach Notification: In the event of a personal data breach likely to result in risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the competent supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach (Art. 33 GDPR) and, where required, affected individuals (Art. 34 GDPR).
